Arrox Parse

Hello PH community! We are excited to launch Arrox Parse (beta) with the Product Hunt community. We help entrepreneurs, CFOs and accountants crash the effort of digitizing vendor invoices from hours to seconds. Let’s face it - no one likes manual bill data entry. The data is boring and the task is exhausting. But not everything can be exciting, and vendors need to be paid. We stumbled upon the idea of Parse when we observed that our own accountant spent tens of hours every month manually entering invoices into Quickbooks. This led us to a deep exploration talking to over 70 entrepreneurs, CFOs/Controllers, and AP accounts. And thus, the idea of Parse was born. Arrox comes from the house of Clear - an established brand in India making products for the CFO office. Arrox Parse is powered by advanced ML that helps in automatically extracting invoices, classifying them into headers and line items, before plotting them into an excel sheet. You can upload up to 5 invoices at a time and voila - you get a clean excel emailed to you in less than 30 seconds. As with everything in this world, we are not perfect (yet!) While this tool gets trained everyday with thousands of invoices, it is still far from making a human review obsolete. But hey, it still saves hours of your precious time.
