Would love to see tasting notes on the bag itself, like the flavor profile and roast level. It'd help me pick between blends way faster when I'm browsing, and honestly it just makes the whole experience feel more thoughtful.

Honestly love that you roast in Austin, the freshness really comes through. One thing though, would be awesome if the bag had a QR code linking to the roast date and tasting notes, makes it way easier to remember which brew method worked best for each batch.

Love the Austin-roasted freshness, but a quick suggestion: add tasting notes for each blend right on the bag or product page. Something like "chocolate, citrus, hint of hazelnut" helps people like me pick something new without committing to a full bag blind.

Smooth and easy drinking, with a nice rounded flavor that works great as my morning pour over. Loved knowing it was roasted fresh in Austin too.

Love that you roast fresh in Austin and it actually shows in the flavor profile, that smooth balanced blend is no easy feat to pull off consistently.
