ARGUS ONE is concept-stage AR smart glasses designed to deliver real spatial AR in a 39-gram frame. Twin Sony micro-OLED (binocular, full-color), 6DoF SLAM at 90 Hz, 5,000-nit brightness, hand + eye tracking, on-device AI agent (4nm NPU, offline-capable), real Rx lenses, 10-hour battery. Direct-projection BEAM optics for ~20x light efficiency vs waveguides. Design complete, vendors selected. Crowdfunding EVT-0 on Indiegogo. $199 early bird.

Feels almost like regular sunglasses on my face, which I did not expect for full-color binocular AR. The on-device AI running offline is the part that actually sold me over the usual cloud lag.
The 10-hour battery claim is impressive but realistic only if the NPU stays idle most of the time. Worth adding a small solar or thermoelectric strip along the temple for passive top-up during outdoor use. Could meaningfully extend real-world sessions without heavier cells.
Congrats on the launch, this spec sheet is genuinely wild for the weight class. One thing that would push me over the edge to back it: a small clip-on or modular accessory camera so I can capture POV video from the exact perspective I'm seeing. So many AR demos feel disconnected without that recordable "what I saw" layer.
