Hey Product Hunt — I’m Devansh, maker of Argus.
I built this for Indian shop owners who are stuck with tally which is a complicated system and requires hiring an additional employ just for management. it simplifies the whole billing pipeline making it usable by anyone.
Argus is offline-first GST billing on Android (and a paid web app). You can:
Create GST invoices with HSN, CGST/SGST/IGST, UPI QR, and WhatsApp/PDF share
Keep a digital khata and send payment reminders
Scan stock with a barcode or import a CSV
Download GSTR-1 / 2B / 3B JSON from the same books
Dictate an invoice in Hindi or Hinglish, or photograph one — both run on-device
What it is not (on purpose): a live GSTN filing bot, and we are not claiming accountant collaboration as end-to-end encrypted yet. Summaries and exports first; filing rails next.
Product Hunt deal: 5 invoices free on the phone. Business is ₹500/month or ₹5,000/year. Lifetime ₹18,000 is only on argusinvoicing.com (not inside the Play app).
I’d love feedback from anyone who has billed GST from a phone, or from CAs who still collect client data over chat. What would make you trust a new billing app with a live counter queue?
