I wanted to build a no-context-limit AI DM that thinks like a real DM. It keeps track of what each NPC knows and what the player knows. NPCs have layered knowledge boundaries: public facts, secret facts, and DM-only notes, filtered by how well the player actually knows them, so a stranger won't accidentally spill their hidden motives. Every entity, relationship, and event lives in Postgres with pgvector embeddings, and each turn the system rebuilds its context from scratch.
