I'm a runner and cyclist, and I started building Aptly because I kept running into the same problem: life gets in the way of even the best training plans. Work, family, travel... consistency is hard. Together with a colleague, I've spent the last few months experimenting with AI to explore whether it can actually make a difference—not by replacing coaches, but by helping people stay more consistent and adapt their training when life gets in the way. We've just opened our beta, and we're genuinely looking for honest feedback from people who train. Does this actually help? What's missing? What feels unnecessary?
