Appsmith has been one of my favorite internal dashboard/app builder since it's inception. I've seen this platform grow from being a basic tool to the scale it has grown to what it is today. - Makes it so easy for non-developers to interact with databases and quickly build interfaces. - Makes it even more easy for developers to spend the least amount of time working on the same old interfaces and dashboards without having to replicate the same code-base over and over again. - With the recent feature to integrate external libraries, appsmith goes to a whole new level. - I've even built public facing dashboards and tools on my self hosted version of appsmith. While it is still a long way to go for the platform, deeply appreciate the effort of @nikhil_nandagopal, @mohanarpit and @abhishek_nayak2 for staying focused to building an open source platform that doesn't fail to deliver, collect continuous feedback from the community and also offer ample amount of opportunities for the community to contribute back to the platform!

Congrats on the launch. Really excited about AppSmith over most other NoCode platforms, given that you've always enabled one to be able to complete the feature in mind by coding more if required, and been making it easier over time by bringing in newer constructs and widgets. Best wishes to get mainstream

Unlike other low-code and no-code tools, AppSmith uses clear logic based on JavaScript, SQL queries, and other data sources. It seems complicated at first, but then it's very handy. Because these are universal tools, and there is a lot of reference material available. Other no code platforms often use their own formulas and operators, which, instead of simplifying the development process, actually complicate it. These formulas and operators become more and more complicated, turning into a proto-programming language used only on that platform, which confuses and complicates the work. I wish you success on the Prodct Hunt!

As a back-end and database developer who dreams in data, appsmith makes me look like I have style and panache enough to build a UI (which I don't, but appsmith enables me to look good). Especially when I'm prototyping something and need feedback, I can build out a UI in appsmith that makes the backend design usable. It is much easier to get buy-in from stakeholders who can visually play with the actual app so easily. I like that it is nimble and flexible enough that I've never felt held back when doing anything complex. That's a huge win for me.

A very powerful tool that takes advantage of native JavaScript. You can quickly switch from maintaining your internal single page applications to building the same Apps on the platform. And it now allows us to import NPM libraries as well.

The best open source option available to build internal tools at a 10x faster speed. I was able to connect my existing datasources and backend; Infact it got so easy at a point that My non technical co-founder was able to use the platform and get stuff done quickly and easily. Also, great support team :)

A great productivity enhancer for teams. Notion and Airtables don't scale with your company and become a roadblock after a while. All those CRUD munchings can be moved away from lousy spreadsheets to cool apps built on Appsmith. The best part is all standard integrations and templates are already in place!

Been a long-time user of Appsmith and as a backend engineer with most of my time going into building CRUD interfaces, I can't imagine the countless hours it has saved me. In particular, I love how Appsmith connects to my git repos

I kept hitting platform limitations with other no/low-code solutions until I found Appsmith! It's the perfect balance of a no-code UI editor, and low-code (JavaScript) to transform data and add business logic.
