Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built Appointrent because many vehicle rental businesses still manage daily operations with a mix of spreadsheets, paper contracts, WhatsApp messages, manual payments and disconnected tools. That works at the beginning, but it becomes messy as soon as the fleet grows: availability checks, customer documents, deposits, contracts, check-in/check-out, fines, payments and compliance workflows all start living in different places. Appointrent was created to bring those operations into one cloud platform. With Appointrent, rental operators can manage bookings, fleet, customers, digital contracts, payments, deposits, website reservations, fines and CARGOS workflows from a single dashboard.
