Appointiqa is an AI-powered appointment booking platform for salons, spas, fitness studios, clinics, doctors, yoga centres, tutors, photographers, consultants, and other service businesses. Features include AI voice booking, online appointments, WhatsApp reminders, token queue management, staff scheduling, recurring bookings, payment integration, analytics, and branded booking pages to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
One thing I'd love to see is a waitlist with auto-promotion when a slot opens up, since clients often cancel last minute and someone else could grab that time. Right now I have to manually reshuffle everything.
Finally tried the voice booking flow and it actually understood my garbled request for a haircut next Saturday afternoon, which honestly impressed me more than it should have.
One thing that would really help is adding a waitlist option for fully booked slots, so clients can grab a spot if someone cancels instead of going to a competitor. Notifications when a slot opens up would make this even smoother.
It would be great if Appointiqa could let clients self-reschedule through a simple link in the WhatsApp reminder instead of having to call back. That tiny tweak would cut a lot of no-shows for my studio and probably save your team support tickets too.
The AI voice booking actually works surprisingly well, I tested it for my yoga studio and it handled reschedules without me touching anything. WhatsApp reminders alone are worth it though.
Would love to see a built-in customer feedback loop after each appointment, like a quick rating tied to the staff member who handled it. That way businesses can spot who's doing great and where service is slipping, without bolting on a separate survey tool.
