I'm Graham, and I built Appoint Me through my company, GK Tools.
It started because so many booking systems for small businesses charge per staff member or take a cut of every booking. Appoint Me is one flat price per location instead: £50 a month for the first, £40 for each extra one, with unlimited staff and no commission on anything. While our founding places last, your first 6 months are £5 in total.
Customers book from a page that only shows your business, and deposits, no-show fees and tips go straight into your own Stripe account. It works for clinics, salons, barbers, physios and anyone else who takes appointments, in 19 languages.
