I built the Application Platform because I kept solving the same infrastructure problem again and again. Since 2020, I have been building apps for my own products and for clients. Every new project meant setting up environments, CI/CD, servers, deployments, monitoring and access from scratch. Over time, I created an internal setup that automated most of this work. At some point I realized: this should not stay an internal tool. Application Platform is my attempt to bring a Vercel-like developer experience to teams that cannot or do not want to hand their infrastructure over to a single hosting provider. You can use your own servers, cloud accounts or Kubernetes clusters while keeping deployments standardized and simple. We are still very early, with five pilot customers today, and I am especially interested in feedback from developers, agencies and infrastructure teams who want speed without giving up control.
