Field-service software built only for appliance-repair shops. Book and dispatch calls, build an invoice that doubles as the job record, and take card or PayPal payments in the driveway. Split-bill home-warranty companies so the service call and the covered repair stay straight. Look up an error code and get likely causes, parts and costs in seconds. Keeps working with no signal, because the washer is in a basement. Built by a tech who ran his own shop. $35/mo, every feature included.

Hey PH! I'm Nick. I spent about 20 years on the bench fixing appliances and ran my own shop before I wrote a line of this.
Honestly I only built it because nothing out there fit. Everything I tried was "field service" software — plumbers, HVAC, lawn care and us all crammed into the same boxes. None of it knew what a service call fee was, or how to bill a home warranty company for part of a job and the customer for the rest. So we'd end up running the actual shop out of a spreadsheet anyway.
So it turned into the whole shop, not just a schedule:
• Dispatch and scheduling — a board per tech, drag the call, done
• The invoice IS the job record — appliances, parts, labor, photos, signature, all one thing
• Split billing for home warranty companies and property managers
• Parts, inventory, backorders and returns
• Card and PayPal taken right there in the driveway
• Payroll and commission that works the way repair shops actually pay people
• Error code lookup that gives you likely causes and the parts to bring
• Keeps working with no signal, because the washer is always in the basement
One trade, one product — it's the only thing we make.
Would really love feedback, especially from anyone else in the trade. If your shop does something we don't handle yet, tell me and I'll probably go build it.
