• Hosted Free: €0, 5 editors, unlimited free viewers, 2,500 records/base, 250 live automation runs/month and 1 GiB files/base.

• Pro: €12/editor/month, or €10/editor/month billed annually (€120/editor/year). 50,000 records/base, 25,000 runs/month and 20 GiB files/base; admin panel, backups and realtime collaboration.

• Business: €28/editor/month, or €22/editor/month billed annually (€264/editor/year). 150,000 records/base, 100,000 runs/month and 100 GiB files/base; audit logs, branded forms, field/view permissions and SAML SSO.

• Enterprise: custom quote from €40/editor/month. Published allowances: 500,000 records/base, 500,000 runs/month and 1 TiB files/base; multiple realms and SCIM provisioning.

Viewers are free and there are no seat minimums. Dry-run previews do not spend the automation allowance. Applicable tax is added at checkout; AI-provider charges use your own key.

Self-hosting includes a 30-day Business trial. After that, data remains readable, but editing requires a paid licence. Appdor is proprietary commercial software; your infrastructure costs are separate.
