This is one of those genius ideas that seems so simple I wonder why I didn't already think of it! The potential here is huge. This was thrown together rather quickly, but I hope the makers find a way to monetize it. If they get enough users they could sell customer insights/trends/support to the app owners.
@pfista It sounds amazing the first time you see the idea, but after thinking a couple of days about the app I have a lot of doubts. How do you handle chat rooms with 100k users? how do you deal with spam/trolls? How is it usefull for app developers? (I wanted to chat with my users there but I want to let them know I am the developer and how can I manage when there is a new message everysecond?). I hope the devs find good solutions for the problems, otherwise it is going to be a toy app.
@jorgemf Great points, there are definitely going to be big challenges (possibly deal-breakers) if the developers decide to move forward. Ideas are a dime a dozen and execution will be key here. I haven't been able to actually use it since I'm an iPhone user, but I have heard some of the conversations have devolved into unnecessary circle jerking and rants.
