I grew up as a competitive swimmer at the Berkeley Aquatic Club and at Princeton University. Shout out to my teammates! The road to becoming really good at something is a long one. They inspired me and reminded me it's ok to fail. It's what you do after that matters. Sometimes lowering the friction to accessing instruction or support can make all the difference.
