honestly the governance layer is what caught my eye since that's usually the sketchy part of agent tools. one thing that would genuinely help though is letting teams set custom approval thresholds based on risk level, like maybe a low-risk cleanup task auto-runs but anything touching prod secrets needs two approvals. configurable per environment would make it feel built for how ops teams actually work.
Having a solid rollback and audit layer is huge for production confidence. One thing that would make this even more useful is a built-in policy simulator that lets you dry-run approval workflows against historical incidents before going live, so teams can see exactly which actions would have triggered human review versus auto-execution.
