Anthea is a two-minute daily ritual for couples. You and your partner answer the same five short questions, each on your own. Each day a short reflection is written for you; when you've both answered, one arrives for the two of you. On day seven, a reading of your week: the pattern that built up and one small step ahead. It doesn't grade your relationship. It helps you step back and see it.

Hi Product Hunt,
I'm Şehmus Nas, a psychologist and couples therapist. Inside a relationship we can see each moment on its own, but it's hard to notice the pattern those moments form over time. Anthea isn't here to tell you whether your relationship is good or bad. It's here to help you step back a little and see the emotional movements that slip by in everyday life.
How it works: every day you and your partner answer the same five short questions, separately. No one sees the other's answers before answering, so no one answers for the other's sake. When you've both answered, a short reflection written for the two of you arrives, with one question you could ask each other tonight. On day seven, a reading of your week. Reflections are written by AI within a framework I designed, and only with your consent.
The questions draw on Gottman couples therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and attachment theory. Before it became an app, this approach was tried with hundreds of couples in the therapy room. You can start on your own and invite your partner with a code when they're ready; when one of you subscribes, you both get Premium.
What it is not: it's not therapy, it doesn't diagnose, and it won't predict your relationship's future.
I'd love your honest take on one question: when you and your partner answer apart, would you rather read each other's exact words, or a reflection that brings the two views side by side?
I'll be here all day to answer questions.
