I built AnimePass because I kept seeing the same frustration around me: people love anime, but paying 80€/year for premium streaming feels excessive for many — especially students and casual viewers. Most alternatives I found were sketchy: shared accounts, VPN tricks, region hacks… not great UX, not reliable, and often unsafe. So I wanted to build something simple and transparent: Premium access on your own Crunchyroll account No VPNs, no shared credentials Works everywhere (TV, console, mobile, desktop) Cheaper, and easy to test with a free trial This started as a small experiment, but while building it, I focused a lot on reliability, speed, and real user feedback. The product evolved step by step based on how people actually use it, not just assumptions.
