Each one solves a problem, but together they create a new one. You constantly have to connect the dots. We kept asking ourselves a simple question: "Why does coordination still depend on people?" Managers spend hours chasing updates. Founders jump between dashboards looking for risks. Teams lose momentum because critical information lives in different places and nobody has the full picture until it’s too late. We believed Agents could do more than answer questions or generate content. It could quietly observe what’s happening across your business, understand what matters, and take action before you’re even aware something needs attention. That idea became Anavena. Getting there took a few wrong turns. Our earliest agents could act, technically, but only once someone told them to. Powerful, and still passive. It took us a while to realize the gap wasn't capability; it was initiative: agents that wait to be triggered are still just tools you have to remember to use. So we rebuilt around agents that notice on their own, decide on their own, and move on their own, monitoring data, connecting context, surfacing risks, drafting follow-ups, and keeping everyone aligned without anyone lifting a finger to start them.
