@mehul_singh3 Thank you so much! As for new HR analytics tools, we’ll have some exciting updates in the pipeline. We’re working on adding anonymous surveys, eNPS functionality, and enhancing our HR analytics. Additionally, we’ll be integrating AI to gain deeper insights into employee engagement and management forecasting. We’re also planning to introduce recruitment functionality in Q1 2025. Lots of great things are coming soon—stay tuned!

When we first started developing Amploo, we knew we wanted to create a comprehensive tool that would genuinely solve the everyday challenges faced by SMEs. To prioritize features, we focused heavily on user feedback and the specific pain points that small and medium-sized businesses consistently encounter. We conducted extensive research, including surveys and interviews with over 100 companies, to understand what tools they used most frequently and what was missing in their current setups. Interestingly, one of the most surprising needs that came up during our research was the demand for seamless integration across different business functions, especially between task management, HR, and employee onboarding. This insight led us to focus on creating a truly unified platform that could centralize these critical functions and make daily operations smoother. Prioritizing these features was all about addressing the real, practical needs of our users while keeping the platform flexible and scalable for future growth.
