The clips show actual gameplay with example progress. Core play is free. The optional one-time US$3 Supporter Pack adds cosmetics and an extra cloud character slot, without stat boosts or virtual chips. Mac is ad-hoc signed and not Apple notarized; Windows public download is pending.
