After the devaluation of currency in Egypt (in 2016) and now covid-19, families had become more financially more vulnerable than ever. More than 50 million people who belong to the middle income segment are now most interested in protecting their livelihood; assets, income, savings and properties and we are on a mission to fulfil this gap. For the past few months we have been talking to customers and customizing our offering to their needs and we have been seeing great growth in customers who are paying for the insurance policies that we offer and very often buying more than 1 policy to cover different things.
