The app itself is a really great experience. Super cool to get little nudges to take time out for yourself and learn about what puts you on edge. Helps tremendously with building good habits. Worth a try for anyone that's tried mindfulness before and given up due to lack of consistency!

I love this meditation app! I have been using this product for a while now and don't see myself switching for two main reasons: ease of use and smart content recommendation. I meditate to improve my sleep and increase focus - and I have been able to achieve those with Amelia. Highly recommend.

Love how this app can give me personalized recommendations based on my stress level and last night’s sleep along with some other filters. Simple and easy to use UI powering an amazing app! To be honest, WFH has taken a toll on my mental health and this is just what I needed at this time. Highly recommended!
