Hey Product Hunt! I'm Alex, a solo developer.
I built Amalex Handler because I was tired of stitching together cron jobs, rsync scripts, and different tools to move files between my servers and drives.
It's a single Go binary (~7MB) with a browser-based dashboard. You define your connections (local paths, SFTP, SMB), create transfer jobs between them, and run them manually or on a schedule. Everything is encrypted, self-hosted, and fully under your control.
Built with Go, SQLite, and HTMX — no JavaScript frameworks, no external databases, no cloud dependencies.
I'd love your feedback on the product and what protocols or features you'd want to see next. S3, WebDAV, and FTP are on the roadmap.
