Hey everyone, we built Alta to help people understand more about nutritional health in the context of their own body. We do this with targeted nutrition education that is based on your wearables data. Would love to hear what problems you have when it comes to knowledge of your health and body, and what information you'd like to understand better about yourself. We're launching a really simple v1 this week and would love to take feedback from fitness and nutrition enthusiasts.
