Most tools fuel YOLO behavior by amplifying hype, momentum, and headlines. Alpha Under Pressure does the opposite. It stress tests your thesis against hard fundamentals, cash flow quality, balance sheet risk, multi-period deterioration, and actual SEC filings. It is built to challenge conviction, not hype it. Less dopamine, more due diligence.

When I work on a stock thesis, I noticed most tools are centered around news, sentiment, AI summaries, or momentum signals. Those are useful layers, but they are not the foundation.
The real risk usually sits in the actual financials and the filings.
So I built Alpha Under Pressure.
The purpose is not to generate buy or sell signals.
It is not a hype tracker.
It is not another news dashboard.
It is designed to act as a failsafe.
It puts heavy weight on:
Core financial statement data
Cash flow versus earnings quality
Leverage and balance sheet pressure
Deterioration trends across reporting periods
Risk disclosures and structural signals inside SEC filings
Technical positioning viewed in the context of fundamentals
The idea is simple:
Build your thesis.
Run it through a structured pressure test.
Check whether there is fundamental data that contradicts your conviction.
If it passes, then layer on your momentum or news driven strategy.
If it does not, you may have just avoided confirmation bias.
This is not about predicting upside. It is about identifying structural weakness before capital is committed.
I would genuinely appreciate feedback, especially from people who regularly read 10-Ks and 10-Qs.
Again, it is free. No paywall.
Not financial advice. Just sharing something I built to reduce blind spots in my own process.
