Allyson is an AI running coach on iPhone, made for women who run. Tell her your race and the days you can train, and she writes your plan, from a first 5K to a marathon. When your week changes, message her and she moves the plan around it. If you run with a Garmin, Coros, Polar or Suunto, your paces come from your own runs. Your plan is free, and your coach is free for your first two weeks.

Hi everyone 👋 I'm Diego. My cofounder Halima and I built Allyson Run.
I run half marathons and marathons as an amateur, and I get a new training plan every week. Between work, kids and travel, my weeks almost never match it, so I end up rewriting the plan myself and guessing which sessions I can drop.
When Halima and I started talking to women who run, they described the same problem. And they kept adding something: they wanted a coach that adjusts to them as women, cycle included, and that listens to them.
That's what Allyson is: an iPhone app with an AI running coach. Here's how it works.
🗓️ You tell her your race, the days you can train and how your running has been going. A couple of minutes later you have a full plan, whether it's your first 5K or a marathon.
💬 When something comes up, you just message her, something like "work ate my Thursday". She moves the week around and shows you what changed, before and after.
☀️ Each morning you know what to run, at what pace, and why that session is there. If you slept four hours, ask her and she'll tell you how to adjust today's workout.
⌚ If you run with a Garmin, Coros, Polar or Suunto, she reads your runs through intervals.icu and sets your paces from them. Each pace says where it came from: your race, your runs, or an estimate until she has your data.
🔒 We were strict about privacy and safety. Anything about your cycle or your health is only saved if you agree, and it's deleted when you ask. Every plan passes a safety check before you see it, and if it can't be built safely, she tells you.
Your plan is free, and your coach is free for your first two weeks. We'd really like to hear from runners: what usually throws your training week off? And if anything in the app is confusing, tell us. We'll be in the comments all day 🏃♀️
