A really thoughtful concept for MENA talent. One thing I'd love to see is a salary comparison tool that benchmarks verified USD offers against local cost of living in different MENA cities, so candidates can quickly tell if a remote offer actually changes their standard of living.

The ability to filter jobs by remote-friendly companies with clear time zone overlap with MENA would make this much more practical for daily use. Right now, it’s hard to tell which listings truly accommodate regional work hours.

The verified USD job listings actually feel legit, not the usual spammy boards clutter. Nice touch pairing the wellbeing angle with job hunting too, it does get stressful scrolling endlessly.
