Built with Nuitka and Go is a cool combo. One thing that would help me a lot is a simple GUI or even a drag and drop folder mode, since right now it seems command line only and that can be a blocker for less technical teammates. Could the team add a lightweight desktop shell that just calls the same engine underneath?
@deryasarobkyp1 Hey! Sorry for the late reply. Regarding your question, there are currently two versions: the CLI and the Alenia Porter IDE. The IDE version is shown in the white-background screenshots where you can see the 'select file or folder' option. The CLI offers more freedom for advanced users, but the IDE is simple, straightforward, and user-friendly for everyone.
Would love to see a simple drag-and-drop batch queue with live preview of file size savings before processing. Helps a lot when triaging hundreds of images or clips at once instead of optimizing them one by one.
@melisrtekimejb Thanks for the feedbac, I actually have this planned, but I've run into quite a few complications along the way. That being said, I'm still working hard to figure it out and make it happen
