We began building this app as a in-house project to solve a very real problem in the student market about five years ago. We wanted to improve upon the slow and inefficient paper process of collecting thousands of student records and contact details at events all over the UK. Now Akkroo is used by companies all over the world, including at Mercedes-Benz, PayPal and Breitling. Our solution helps marketing and sales teams efficiently collect data from customers in hundreds-of-thousands of face-to-face encounters, at events and in-stores across the globe. Closing the loop, we accurately report the ROI on experiential and live marketing activity, and help our customers engage and distribute the data across their business software, CRMs and marketing tools.
