Akedo

Hi Product Hunt, I built Akedo based off my own experience learning to code in the early 90s writing games with QBasic and various type-in code books. Learning to code is difficult and takes a lot of motivation which is why we have gamified the experience making it fun to get started and stay motivated. To replace the type-in code books we built an arcade with many quality examples of complete games which are not only fun to play but can be edited at the click of a button using our resource editors. Using our beginner friendly script language and resource library you can also create your own masterpieces completely from scratch and publish them to the arcade for all to play.
