We used Aivastark for our ICAN event management activities, and it made handling attendee questions and repetitive inquiries much easier. The AI was quick to respond, easy to set up, and helped us manage communication without having to answer the same questions manually again and again. A very useful tool for teams managing events and customer communication.

Aivastark worked well for our needs, but the onboarding and customization options could be made even more intuitive. More ready-made templates for event management and additional integrations would also make it easier for teams to get started quickly.

We considered using a traditional chatbot and handling event inquiries manually through WhatsApp and social media. We chose Aivastark because it was easier to set up, could handle repetitive questions automatically, and gave us a more centralized way to manage attendee communication.
