Big fan of Airtable. We use it at Weekend Fund to manage our CRM of founders, LPs, etc. and pipeline of companies we're speaking with. There are purpose-built CRMs for similar use cases but I like that Airtable is generalized and flexible to adapt to our needs. It also has several integrations that trigger automations (via Zapier) for various workflows.

When you need something more like a database but without the SQL query knowledge. This is the tool for you. It's a great backend for nocode apps.

For many years, I had been searching for the perfect data and project management tool. Airtable turned out to be that missing piece of the puzzle I was looking for. Its flexibility and intuitive interface mean that data management has never been easier. Creating and customizing databases to meet my specific needs has become incredibly easy. I love the ability to use different views, such as a table or calendar, that allow me to better understand my data and the relationships between them. I am also impressed with the ease with which I can collaborate with my team. The ability to invite other users to collaborate on a project in real time allows us to work efficiently and maintain data consistency. The automations and integrations are incredibly useful, allowing me to optimize my work and integrate Airtable with other tools I use on a daily basis. All in all, Airtable is an absolute must-have for anyone involved in data and project management. It is an indispensable tool for my team and me, which significantly increases our productivity and efficiency. I highly recommend it!

Airtable is really interesting for views, groupings, sorts, and possible filters. It also has a powerful and well-documented API. It's a good low-code tool for bootstrapping project ideas.

I've been using Airtable for a while now and I'm absolutely hooked. It makes creating and organizing databases so easy and convenient that I can't imagine my work without it. Airtable allows me to create data tables, add fields as needed, and establish relationships between them effortlessly. I also appreciate the sorting, filtering, and different viewing options for data. With features like notifications, comments, and collaborative work with colleagues, Airtable has become an indispensable tool that significantly simplifies my life. I highly recommend Airtable to anyone who is looking for an efficient way to manage data.

Airtable provides you with a great set of tools that — if wielded properly — can help you build the apps of your dreams. I've made my own task manager, note-taking app, and resource manager (my alternative to an app like Pocket or Raindrop.io), just to a name a few use cases for it. My main problem with Airtable is that it's difficult for me to share what I create with others. Airtable Universe is an... okay platform for sharing bases, but discovery is quite poor, meaning that it's highly unlikely anyone will see what you publish unless you drive traffic directly to your Airtable Universe page. Additionally, none of the automations in your bases can be copied via Airtable Universe, which hinders your ability to distribute more complex Airtable bases.

Airtable's no-code ability to make complex, flexible applications has made it a basic tool in my software arsenal. I use it for everything, from simple Excel-type data to project management, data analysis, and big-data tracking. It grows, easily and flexibly, as your project grows. It doesn't require SQL, which makes it easy for anyone to use. Data is shareable at many levels. Forms, automations, and interfaces make data handling and communication easy. And I can update it on my phone. I wouldn't even think of using another relational database.
