The pay-the-driver model is a smart move for Turkish airport runs, builds instant trust with travelers worried about overseas card scams. Clean execution on what is usually a pretty opaque booking flow.
Paying the driver directly in cash was actually refreshing after being hit with surprise card fees elsewhere. Booking to Dalaman took like two minutes and the price was exactly what they quoted upfront.
Booked a transfer from Antalya last month and the fixed price was actually the price I paid - no upselling at the airport, driver was waiting right outside. Wish more services worked this way.
Hey team, really like the pay-on-arrival setup, it removes a lot of friction. One idea: a live driver tracking map or at least an SMS with the driver's name and plate when they reach the pickup zone would be great, since finding your driver in a crowded airport arrivals area can still be stressful.
Would be great if you could add a feature to track your driver's location in real time once the booking is confirmed. That way you know exactly when to head out to the pickup point, especially after a long flight when timing feels a bit foggy.
Paying the driver directly is a nice touch, trust-wise. Would love to see an option to pre-book a return transfer in the same booking flow so I don't have to re-enter everything after a long flight back.
Paying the driver directly is great, but adding a way to rate or review them after the ride would help travelers pick trusted drivers next time. Could even show little star ratings on the booking page so we know who to request again.
