What do people think of Airim?
Too many chat bots have mushroomed in the market, and many are ineffective. Airim looks at the conversion challenge with fresh eyes. Hence it proves much more effective. Kudos to the team.
Solves for a unique yet untapped use case and definitely the product solves all the problems that it claims to.
Would be interesting to see how they grow in the future and establish themselves as credible player in the market overcrowded with chatbots, help desk softwares etc.

Surprisingly, in the race to create the most intelligent chat bot, airim has created a product that actually meets what user are looking for and what companies would want them to look into. The suggestion of FAQs based on the user query is just awesome! Not a single user stops at the query they are looking for. With the suggested queries, users have much more engagement in with the FAQs and understand better the product and services we offer. Takes off the trivial tickets which are otherwise a burdent for a small startup such as ours. Am sure larger companies would be happy for the same. Kudo Sujoy and team. (See if you can have much tighter integrations with Freshdesk, Zoho desk and alike)
