This started from an uncomfortable realization: people around me stopped Googling and just asked ChatGPT "who's the best X in Tokyo?" — and businesses I knew, good ones, simply weren't in the answer. Not ranked low. Just… not there. If AI doesn't mention you, you don't exist on that path. So I looked into "GEO" (getting cited by AI search) — and most of what I found was hype or outright scams: vendors promising "guaranteed #1 in AI," selling packages with zero proof, some literally trying to game AI with fake content. Buyers were getting burned everywhere. That's what AIRAX solves: get you genuinely found and cited by AI search + search engines — measurably, and white-hat. We report how often AI engines actually mention/cite you, ship one concrete improvement a month, never guarantee rankings, and never manipulate AI outputs. The approach changed a lot. I actually started building AI phone-reception automation — then realized the earlier problem is that customers never reach you if AI doesn't surface you first. So we pivoted and rebuilt it to be run by AI agents (intake → context → approval → execution → audit trail), not a manual agency — that's the only way honest, measurable operation works at this cadence. We're Japan-first (SMBs, Chinese-speaking founders in Japan, cross-border companies entering the market), but the honesty problem is universal.
