Aindez: AI agents that operate workforce systems in real time

We built Aindez after experiencing firsthand how difficult it is for large employers and staffing agencies to manage thousands of workers across disconnected systems. Most companies operate with multiple platforms for recruiting, payroll, onboarding, scheduling and operations. The systems work independently, but the operational burden between them is still highly manual. At the same time, we saw that companies like Uber, Amazon and DoorDash built workforce-native operational infrastructure powered by data and automation, but those capabilities were inaccessible to most employers. So we started building Aindez: an AI orchestration layer that connects existing workforce systems and enables AI agents to operate across them in real time. Instead of asking companies to replace their stack, we integrate with it. We’re still early, but we’ve already validated the platform with staffing agencies in Latin America and we’re excited to continue building with customers and partners.
