Every wedding tool helps you plan. None help the 300 guests texting you "what time's the shuttle?" aiDo works both sides: π₯ Guests β each gets a personal AI concierge: flights, diet, dress codes with cultural context, RSVP by chat. One link, no app. π Planners β drop in any messy client email or doc; aiDo extracts every change and stages it for one-tap approval. One email β 59 actions. I ran it at my own destination wedding. Guests tried to jailbreak it. It held. Try the live demo β no signup.

I built this app and used it to plan and run my own wedding.
I'm an American who got married to a Mauritian this past May. We had our Hindu wedding in my wife's home country of Mauritius. My family and friends are not Hindu, and certainly had never been to the tiny island of Mauritius (it's off the coast of Madagascar in case you were wondering).
My wife and I arrived in Mauritius only two weeks before the start of the wedding to put the final preparations in place. I dreaded the prospect of answering a billion questions from my guests while trying to do this. But I also dreaded them not having a way to find the answers.
So I made an AI app that acted as a guest concierge. At first I simply made a wedding db, seeded it with our info, connected an MCP server with tools to it, connected the agent to it, and gave all my guests an invite link to use it.
Scope creep took over and now I have an entire AI platform for planning weddings and being a guest concierge. The two sides are actually really complementary to each other: to make the ai answer correctly, you need a knowledge base. So the wedding planning aspect just kind of happened as a result.
There's so much more to this and I'm more than happy to discuss everything I've learned-- for example, the number one thing my guests did with the ai on the day of the ceremony was t

how does the AI handle guests who change plans last minute, like swapping a flight or bringing a plus one after the RSVP window closed?

@arife5dngΒ thanks for commenting! Every guest receives a link to the web app where they can manage their plans with the ai. The AI would handle both of these scenarios in a similar way. Iβll use flight updates as an example: the guest tells the agent to update their flight details and the ai updates their info accordingly. This also results in a background ai getting tasked with investigating how this new flight info ripples throughout the rest of the wedding plan. It then notifies the host and proposes necessary actions (eg, contact the transport and let them know) for them host to review and approve.

tested the guest side with a tricky dietary request and it actually understood the cultural context without me spelling it out, which caught me off guard.
