As a new user, I was originally using different tools for everything chatGPT for questions, notion for notes, google calendar for scheduling, and separate apps for reminders and tasks.
What I liked about Aicoo was that it did not feel like just another tool I had to manage. Everything felt connected in one place, and the assistant felt more involved in my actual workflow instead of being just a chatbot.
It honestly feels more useful in day-to-day work because I do not have to keep switching between apps or manually keep track of everything myself. The assistant feels aware of the context of what I am doing, helps me stay organized, and makes follow-ups and task management feel much more natural.
