Hey Product Hunt 👋
AI Podcast Lab started with a simple question: can AI make podcast production faster without taking creative control away from the person making it?
Most one-click audio tools jump straight from input to output. That is convenient—until the framing is wrong, the pacing feels off, or the finished script does not sound like something you would publish.
So I built the workflow around an editable script:
1. Start with a public article, pasted reference material, your own talking points, or a mix of all three.
2. Generate a solo-host script in one of 18 languages, with optional web research and retained source links.
3. Edit every word yourself or ask the AI editor for a focused revision.
4. Choose a voice, audio quality, optional music, and export the finished episode as MP3 or WAV.
Episodes can run from 1 to 60 minutes. The free plan includes 15 credits every month, requires no card, and is enough to create a script and render a short Draft episode.
I am launching now because I want feedback on the part that matters most: where should a creator have more control, and where should the product do more automatically?
What would you turn into audio first—an article, research notes, a newsletter, a lesson, or an original idea?
Thanks for taking a look. I will be here throughout the day answering questions and listening carefully. 🎙️
