How does the fake experience risk flag actually work, and what signals does it pick up on to flag something as risky?
@abdulkadirc80x At the moment, the risk flag is based on AI analysis rather than a fixed rule set. It looks at signals such as frequent job changes, inconsistencies between different parts of the CV, AI-generated writing patterns, and how specific and consistent the work experience descriptions are. It's designed as a signal for recruiters to review—not as proof that a candidate has misrepresented their experience.
Tried the demo with my own CV and the 2-second scoring actually felt real, not some canned loading animation. The skill gap callouts were sharper than what I usually get from paid ATS tools.

Tried the demo with my own CV and the match score felt surprisingly accurate, plus the skill gap breakdown actually pointed out a couple of things I should brush up on. The bulk upload claim of 8 minutes for 200 resumes is bold, but the speed on a single analysis is genuinely impressive.
