You are 100% right. In Bangladesh, Facebook commerce runs on informal trust, not automation. That late-night "Apu, dress ta ache?" conversation is the relational capital.
We thought about this a lot before building. That's why AI Growth Agent never pretends to be human.
How we protect that capital:
1. It is transparent - it introduces itself as AI.
2. It only handles the instant info - price, delivery, stock at 2 AM, so customer doesn't go to competitor.
3. It immediately captures lead and says: "Our human owner will call you at 9 AM" - so the real human relationship starts in the morning.
So we are not replacing empathy, we are saving the lead for the human to build real empathy later. No scripted fake empathy.

@vanta_digital_bd upfront disclosure fixes the deceptoin risk, keeping the late-night bot purely as a "utility" leaves the relationship space open for when the merchant steps in to negotiate
