I recently dived into MakeForms, and it's genuinely impressive. The platform is intuitive, and the variety of form styles, from one at a time to step forms, offers great flexibility. I'm particularly impressed with their strong emphasis on security, especially with features like mobile/email verification ensuring genuine data collection. The integration capabilities with tools like Zapier and Google Sheets are super handy. And the personalization options - they let me keep everything perfectly on-brand. If you're looking for a robust form builder, MakeForms is a top contender!
MakeForms has been a game-changer for our data collection process. The no-code AI form builder is a standout feature, making complex form creation a breeze. Its focus on security aligns with multiple data protection frameworks, providing much-needed peace of mind. The custom triggers and workflows are incredibly efficient, enhancing our productivity. While I've not yet found any significant drawbacks, continuous exploration of its features might reveal more opportunities for improvement. Its intuitive design, robust security, and seamless integrations, like with Zapier and Google Sheets, have streamlined our workflows, ensuring efficient and secure data handling for our projects.
I am using the trial version, great saas, easy to use and with features I haven't seen in other similar platforms. They accommodated the users' requests of the increase on the monthly limits and this shows how close they are to the users and how much they listen to them.
The help center has article headings that have no content in them (such as their workflow articles). The product idea sounded amazing; the features offered was exactly everything i wished typeform could be.
MakeForms has decent potential. Yet, it falls short by an unresponsive team and many unresolved bugs. My experience with them was overall negative. In the begining, during their launch lifetime deal, they were responsive and bugs got resolved. The moment the deal ended they stopped responding except by template replies. I contacted them repeatedly reporting several critical logic and UI bugs, which they claimed will get resolved within 24 hourse, then they stopped reponding and none of the bugs got solved. It's almost three weeks now, and they're dead silent, and disruptive issues are left hung.
I understand that new projects have its issues. But the way they handle the issues tells a lot about their quality and customer care standards, which is so unfortunate.
Update: I have seen remarkable improvement recently. The team is more responsive and bugs get fixed. I feel confident to give it a 5 star now
