MakeForms has decent potential. Yet, it falls short by an unresponsive team and many unresolved bugs. My experience with them was overall negative. In the begining, during their launch lifetime deal, they were responsive and bugs got resolved. The moment the deal ended they stopped responding except by template replies. I contacted them repeatedly reporting several critical logic and UI bugs, which they claimed will get resolved within 24 hourse, then they stopped reponding and none of the bugs got solved. It's almost three weeks now, and they're dead silent, and disruptive issues are left hung.
I understand that new projects have its issues. But the way they handle the issues tells a lot about their quality and customer care standards, which is so unfortunate.
Update: I have seen remarkable improvement recently. The team is more responsive and bugs get fixed. I feel confident to give it a 5 star now
