If you run innovation projects, you’ve likely used AI and seen it produce fluent but generic answers that fail under real scrutiny. The issue isn’t the AI, it’s the prompt. AI for Innovators is a library of 82 structured prompts built on real methods (design thinking, JTBD, lean experimentation, business models, EU grant writing, and facilitatio) designed with constraints, falsification criteria, and confidence flags to make outputs actually useful.

@colin_keogh This is a solid approach — the methodology grounding makes a real difference. One thing I've noticed in innovation teams is that the prompts themselves are only half the battle; knowing when to deploy them and tracking what actually moved the needle is where teams struggle. How are you thinking about helping users understand which prompt to reach for in different contexts?
@osakasaul Excellent point. I guess over familarity with AI my side caused me to overlook this point. The context element definetly needs to be looked at. I think that will be our next direction. Thanks for the input.
