One thing that could be improved is adding more personalized recommendations based on the type of business, industry, and current stage.
For example, as a small Shopify store owner, it would be helpful if the app could go even deeper into ecommerce-specific advice, like improving product pages, planning campaigns, increasing repeat purchases, or understanding which marketing channel to focus on first.
The product is already useful for getting clarity, but more industry-specific examples, action plans, and progress tracking would make it even more practical for daily business use.

This resonates with founders I talk to constantly—the gap between knowing you need help and being able to afford it or find advice that's actually tailored to your specific situation. The 'right moment' part is key too, since most founders are reactive rather than proactive about seeking guidance. Curious if you're seeing patterns in which areas trip up founders most, or if it varies wildly depending on their stage.

Thanks Saul, yes, that’s exactly the gap we’re trying to address.
We’re seeing both: the stage matters, but there are some common patterns across founders. A lot of them struggle with prioritization, understanding what is actually blocking growth, positioning clearly, and knowing which signals or numbers to focus on.
The details change by stage, but the bigger issue is often the same: founders have too many moving parts and not enough structured clarity at the right time.
