An AI powered chrome extension that uses modern terms and slang to give summaries, explanations, and answers you actually understand.

Hello Product Hunt!
AI Bro is a Chrome extension I built to help people, especially Gen Z and Gen Alpha, make sense of complex topics in a way that actually makes sense to them.
Whether it’s a dense article, school reading, or some random concept that feels impossible to understand, AI Bro breaks it down in your own language.
It comes with different explanation styles like:
Gen Z/Alpha – think TikTok analogies and internet slang
Fruity – full of stan Twitter energy
Hood – raw, real, and straight to the point
Easy-to-understand – like someone explaining it to you like you're 5
The goal is to make comprehension feel less like homework and more like getting help from a friend who just gets how your brain works.
This is my first-ever Product Hunt launch, so I’d really appreciate any feedback, support, or even just a try! You can find it now on the Chrome Web Store ✨
Thanks so much for checking it out 🙌
@mynavu Stan Twitter mode?! Yeah, you’ve got me hooked, lmao.
@iam_alyson_tesco Haha glad you get it!
@mynavu Yo, this is lowkey the future of learning 💯
@brent_kom3344 You definitely see the vision 🤩
What a breath of fresh air for AI tools! This feels way more genuine than the usual robotic nonsense.
@tyson_borg098 I agree 👍 Appreciate it!
I’m loving the vibe already. Fruity + hood mode? That’s some serious range 💅🔥
@iam_linta_harisa Thank you! I appreciate that.
But seriously, the branding + emojis?? Only elite vibes here ✨
@bill_klarkson654 Thanks a lot! 😁✨
Is there a “serious mode” too, or just the playful ones?
@jester_jason9876 Great question! Right now there are only Gen Z/Alpha, Normal, Easy-to-understand, Hood, and Fruity. Normal mode would be pretty similar to "serious", so I decided to keep it concise :)
This seems perfect for students—any plans for a mobile app?
@kashim_hocane Personally, I don't think a mobile app would be an efficient medium, as students (for now) don't primarily use their phones for studying or work. Hence, why it's a browser extension. Hope this helps!
Does it support different languages, or is it just English for now?
@farah_azlam Right now, AI Bro only supports English, but this might change in the future if there is enough demand for other languages. Thanks for asking!
