In a world where roles are evolving faster than ever, many professionals are finding their skills outpaced by technology.
At the same time, millions of graduates enter the workforce each year — bright, ambitious, and eager — yet struggling to land their first role because what employers now seek has shifted dramatically.
This tension — between the old roles disappearing and the new ones not yet defined — became the seed of something transformative.
The Spark: A 90-Minute Experiment
It all began with a single free 90-minute workshop delivered to students at Victoria University’s Sydney Campus. The goal was simple: help students experience what it feels like to build and deploy an AI agent — not just talk about it.
That first session, filled with curiosity and excitement, planted the idea that practical, agent-focused learning could be the bridge between academic education and employable skills.
Soon after, another workshop at St Paul University in the Philippines attracted over 300 students. The demand was undeniable — this wasn’t just a one-off event. It was the beginning of the AI Agents Workshop Series: a global, modular learning pathway helping people across disciplines build, secure, and lead in the new AI era.
