Ahacut turns your narration into b-roll. Upload a voiceover, ansrt subtitle file or a pasted script, and it generates a full-length motion-graphics track — animated text, numbers, charts and diagrams — cut to your exact timings. Drop the file onto your timeline in CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut or Resolve and it already lines up; there is nothing left to nudge. Everything renders in the cloud, pay-as-you-go, at a fraction of what generative AI video costs.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built Ahacut because the usual b-roll workflow felt backwards.
For every line of narration, you either have to search for a vaguely relevant stock clip, trim it, and line it up manually — or generate a few seconds of AI video that often can’t show the exact number, term, or comparison you’re talking about.
Ahacut starts with the timeline instead.
Upload a voiceover or an SRT file — or simply paste your script — and Ahacut creates a full-length motion-graphics track synced to every line. The result is ready to drop into CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve without manually nudging every shot into place.
It’s especially useful for talking-head, tech, finance, and educational videos, where animated text, numbers, charts, and diagrams often communicate the idea better than generic stock footage.
There’s also an overlay mode that exports ProRes 4444 with a real alpha channel, so the graphics can sit directly above your talking-head footage.
New accounts get 3,000 trial credits, with no credit card required.
I’d really love your feedback:
• Does the generated visual actually help explain what’s being said?
• Which motion-graphics styles would you like us to add next?
• Where does b-roll creation slow down your current workflow?
Thanks for checking out Ahacut — I’ll be here all day answering questions 👋
