I have been used Buffer, Hubspot and socialoomph. Each have certain advantages and some disadvantages. In general I recommend them.

This lineup is EPIC! Every Summit Agorapulse puts on gets better and better, with even more amazing speakers, ways to interact and so much valuable content! What I love even more is if you can't attend all sessions on the day of the event, they give you access for a month after so you can view them at your leisure! And the best part, is it's ALL FREE! So why wouldn't you sign up?! :)
